· freshly baked bread, butter, cheese, eggs and shrimp, and pickled herring
· oven-baked fillet of salmon and a fillet of pork stuffed with herbs and bacon, served with vegetables

· smoked salmon served with cream of horseradish, a fish roe sauce and potatoes
· grilled pike-perch from Ringsjön with grilled crayfish tails, dill & lemon mayonnaise and potatoes
· chicken breast, Bosjökloster's herb sauce and potatoes
· roasted whole sirloin steak with vegetables of the season, an herb béarnaise and potatoes
· Bosjökloster's wild boar quenelles with pickled gherkins, preserved raw lingonberries, a cream sauce and potatoes
