From the ice age to future

Award-winning artist Christoph Finkel chooses his material from gnarled tree trunks felled by storms or avalanches in his home region Allgäu. That is the starting point for a long process to to the finished work, that borders on the artistically impossible.

Dramatic baroque music meets folk music - with musicians from Drottningholm's Baroque ensemble, duo West/Rydvall and actress Kicke Bramberg from the Royal Dramatic Theatre
