The Castle’s Christmas buffet
Enjoy culinary Christmas traditions in the heart of Skåne
When darkness falls at the end of autumn, and decorative ornaments light our way to the holiday season, we have long since been preparing for this years Christmas buffet. We like to offer our favourite dishes with the best ingredients sourced from local producers. Start with an assortment of pickled herring, work your way through all the cold cuts, salads and mains to the obligatory rice pudding and sweets table. You’d better come with a big appetite!
Choose whether you wish to start with mulled wine inside the castle, where you can listen to a short story from the castle’s history, or go directly to the buffet in the Stable Restaurant.
On Dec 14, the local “Vocals” choir will be performing the traditional Lucia songs.

We also serve the buffet during the Christmas market (“Scanian Christmas Days”). The price for the buffet is slightly reduced for adults but please note that the entry fee to the Christmas market applies.

Please note that during the Chistmas market - when the whole place is full of our fantastic exhibitors - we do not serve mulled wine in the castle.
The Garden Café is also open during the Christmas market, serving lunch and our Christmas “fika”.

Fifteen minutes before the start of the buffet, we gather in the Stone Hall for a short story, after which you walk through lit paths to the Stable Restaurant, for the Christmas buffet.

Choose accommodation at the cozy Ormanäs Cottage Farm, just a few kilometers from Bosjökloster, with up to 6 beds per cottage. All have a fantastic view over Lake Ringsjön.
If you have booked a Christmas dinner at Bosjökloster Castle, transport from Ormanäsgården and back is included.
Price: 1600 SEK per night for 1–2 people, including transport, bed linen, bath towels, and final cleaning. For more than 2 guests, an additional 200 SEK per person per night applies. Please indicate in the form if you wish to book!
